Have fried wild turkey breast I shot this year and oven baked red potatoe slices with olive oil, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Wife was happy happy happy with my culinary skills tonight.

Fired up the smoker and smoke these two thick ribeyes, as well as corn on the cob, and some bacon wrapped brisket cream cheese peppers and baked sweet potatoes.

Wife is away with her girl friends out floating the river. So me and jr. decided to skip the kitchen and grab some wings instead.

I'll see if I can find that thread on it but basically you throw a seasoned steak in the oven at like 250 for 25 or 30 min, take it out and let it set for another 25 min or so, then throw it on a high heat iron skillet for a couple min on each side.

The first time I tried it this way I was really nervous and skeptical during the cooking process but after the first bite I was hooked.

I always think about smothered pork chops or smothered steak but for some reason rarely do smothered chicken. Itís sooo good, need to get it back on the menu. Yours looks delicious.
