1lb - axis or whitetail backstrap
    1lb - bacon
1 - can pickled jalepenos slices or nacho slices
    1lb - creme cheese
    2lb - shrimp
    season all salt
    shishkabob skewers

Pound deer meat with tenderizer hammer to 1/16 inch thick and about 4x4 square (i've found if you cover meat with celephane it keeps it from splattering)
    peel shrimp
    cut all bacon in half
lay bacon on counter, spread creme cheese on bacon set jalepeno slice in middle set shrimp on that.roll all into one and roll slice of hammered deer meat around that. stick skewer thru that (can put 3-4 per skewer)
moderatly per taste salt all bmfs.
Can be cooked on gas grill or over fire your choice. When deer meat is done its cooked thru and ready.

Cooked these today and they where great. I didnt have any back strap so I used steak. I think next time Im going to try to use some fajita meat (beef skirt). Thanks for the recipe and here are some pics.

Just had a handful of these as an appetizer. Unbelievable!! My wife even liked them. I sliced a few medallions off the backstrap to use with the recipe and grilled the rest of the backstrap for the main course. This one's a keeper. Thanks for the insight.
