Wow..Only in El Campo,Texas!

You will not believe what just happened... I'm at the gas station checking out and I noticed a police officer watching some dude who was smoking while pumping gas.

I saw him and thought, Is he really that stupid?..anyway, I finished with my shopping and I hear screaming and looked outside...the dude's arm was on fire!

He was swinging his arm and running around going crazy!...I ran outside and watched the cop put him on the ground and was putting the fire out w/his coffee! LOL, YES, HIS COFFEE!...Then, he handcuffed him and threw him in the back of the police car.

I thought, Dumb idiot, shouldn't have been smoking near the pump while getting gas!!! So being concerned, I asked the Police Officer, Why are you arresting him?


The cop looked me dead in my eyes and said: FOR WAVING A FIREARM!!!

We had a somewhat similar incident up here in Winnie. Trucker riding the white line took off a hitchhiker's arm. They got the trucker for armed robbery.
