Couple of questions though:

When you cut out the windows, they are obviously slightly smaller than the new opening. How do you keep them rain tight and more importantly bug tight? Same with the door.
Can you post better pics of how you made the access opening to get in and out?

I used a flexible trim piece to cover the gap.
