We’re all spread out but we will meet up to fish hopefully near Port A

If you were near the upper coast near Port Arthur/Sabine Lake, you would not have to worry about the reduced Texas limit for flounder in November. Most of the guides or Texas residents with a Louisiana out of state license, simply launch on the Louisiana side if the lake.
