4-6- potatoes (cubed)
Margarine
Velveeta Cheese
Can cream or milk
Boil potatoes and allow water to cook almost off - Add 2tbsp margarine, salt, pepper, 1/2 cup milk or can cream. Add 2 inches of velveeta and turn fire off. Let it sit to thicken. This stuff is quick and easy.
