Addicted2bh is getting married next month....I am smoking some brisket and shoulder for his bachelor party....we are going to a fishing ranch and will spend the weekend fishing, drinking and getting stupid. 11 boozed up guys...

I was thinking about a 14# brisket and 2 shoulders for dinner on Saturday.....enough? Too much? Thought?

1 pound per man would get you pretty good if you have a few sides used to figure a 1/2 pound per for church BBQ's but they always had plenty of sides and a lot of women and children to even it out
