Cabelas Elite blind chair. Totally silent, 360 swivel and has arm rests that you can put up n use or down out of way. I have bought 2 of these and are excellent. Same as the amazon one posted above but is oversize and has arm rests.

I bought an office chair at a garage sale for $5 long ago and modified it for my older brother for turkey hunting. I added a thick aluminum bar to it with a special mount I made to hold my Trigger Stick uni-pod. It worked great as he could turn in it and adjust the height as needed while inside the blind.

I used to have a picture but couldn't find it.

Your local Craigslist is your friend.....any nice cloth office chair will do . I have found $50-70 chairs for $10-15 and minimum 50% off retail.. Do the squeak test and you are good. No reason to have the sore *** when they can be had for cheap...

Yep. There are a few used office supply stores that sell them. I bought 2 last year for my big fancy gun blind for $10 each. I bet they were well over $150 new. My back hurts pretty bad if I sit awhile in a bad chair. I don't care to hurt while hunting lol.

Had a fellow hunter that had put his old lazy boy type recliner in his wooden ground blind,
think he napped more than hunted.

try shopping at Goodwills and Salvation army stores near you, for old office chairs.

Used office chairs from the guy on 59 N in the Shepherd area. $10-$20 each.
After you buy one you can go to Glo Glo’s or the Juke Joint

I use Midmark 272 physician airlift stools. They run around $200, but I kinda ended up with them at no charge.

Office Depot. I bought 3 nice comfy office chairs. Think I paid 220.00 apiece and well worth it.

Look for an office furniture store that does a big business in used furniture. You can get great stuff for $20 or less. If you're in Fort Worth I recommend David Pierce http://www.pearceofficefurniture.com

I highly recommend those one piece cheap molded plastic outdoor chairs. They have no moving parts so no squeaks or pops, easy to slide in and out of when getting ready for that shot. I first used them in Africa. I have used them on pronghorn hunts where you set ALL day and the flex in them help you stay comfortable. I do take a foam cushion to raise me up some and it helps when it's cold. Try one you won't be sorry.

Office chairs for me.

Love em.

Ive never paid more than $15 for one, most I have were free (maybe missing a caster or something, a cheap and easy fix)

All of these office chair responses has me thinking I've been doing it all wrong for years? I've been using the fold up camp chairs, with a high back, just in case I want to take a nap. I used to really enjoy staying in the stand on a full moon and wait for the hogs to come through. I found I could nap easily and they would usually wake me up when they came in.
Maybe I'll look into some old office chairs next time I need a chair. Comfort makes long sits much easier!

Ya'll hear about the fella that had and old recliner in his stand with a mirror mounted to see out of the window? When he woke just checked the mirror to see what was down the lane. Don't think he was a bow hunter. I find office chairs squeak a lot so I use one of those collapsible three legged stools, quiet and no way you can sleep with your junk getting crunched and smashed.

For the money - a secretary swivel chair with no arms (arms end up squeaking). You can often find them at Goodwill for $10 or less.
