    We do this just not sauteed. Butter and minced garlic in the oven for 30 - 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

        Its not a case of not liking carbs, I'm fat. Already lost 20lbs just by cutting sugar and carbs since mid January.

                        Olive oil, white onion, garlic, Cajun Blake's seasoning in a pan.. cook for a bit.. add the asparagus and steam until done... turn some get it all mixed. The onions are great also.
