If not for a guy missing a 3 foot putt he would of had to go to a playoff to win.

It was 7 foot, but a very makable putt for eagle. He did miss the birdie putt though that was way less than 3 foot.

I think thatís a big if. Theyíre going to have to up their screen and quick out games, rely heavily on Zeke, and hope like heck Dak can improve at least a little on passes down the field. Heís no Romo, and heís got a long, long way to go before he is

Would not even bother with the haters... Romo had everything you want in a quarterback and would have won it all had JJ put a strong team to go along with his talent. There are a handful of significantly less able qbs with rings. Last I remember, football is a team game and as we all know JJ sucks at compiling strong teams.

65% comp percentage sounds low to be #1

Then again it's 06-15. I wonder how many QB's is he being compared to?

Heíd put up 31 points and still have to try to come from behind to win. No qb can do that every time, but he did it more often and better than most.

Romo has a career passer rating of 97.1, which is the fourth-best in NFL history (minimum 1,000 pass attempts), trailing only Aaron Rodgers (104.1), Russell Wilson (99.6) and Tom Brady (97.2).

From 2006-14, Romo led 27 game-winning drives in the fourth quarter and overtime. That is the most in the NFL over that span, one more than Peyton Manning and Matt Ryan.

From 2006-15, Romo completed 65 percent of his passes and averaged 8.4 yards per attempt in the fourth quarter, which is the best of any of the 36 passers with 500 action plays in the fourth quarter in that span. His yards-per-attempt average in the final quarter of games was over a third of a yard better than anyone else in the NFL during that span (Cam Newton, 8.03).

These are who he was being compared to!

If romo woulda had a defense to protect a lead in the 4th quarter, Dallas woulda been unstoppable. When a guy can throw for 500 yds and 6 tds in a game and lose... that ain’t romos fault!

Btw, I am not a Dallas fan, but I did like romo.
