Has anybody tried Venison tartare?

I’ve found some really good recipes on YouTube. Was thinking about trying it with some backstrap out of a nice young doe.

Any experience with venison tartare out there?

If it's really just raw meat.... I've tried it while processing. My thought process was that every predator seems to enjoy it so why not? Not a recipe or anything, just a few little slivers. It's actually extremely tasty that way. More flavor than I would've figured. I'll have to look it up.

If you are eating healthy about half your diet is raw. Fruit - veggies - nuts - and grains are best raw.
