                      That will work great. Tell me more about this smoking tray... I looked it up online and its pretty interesting. How do the pellets work as compared to actual wood? I have only used our old school cold smokehouse and I am curious how the flavor compares.

                        Flavor is not bad, just depends on what pellets you buy. Will burn 6-8 hours which was pretty impressive!
