Extraction pump for an oil change ?

Anyone do this to change the oil in their Mahindra tractor ?
It's time to change the oil again and it is such a PITA to drain it that I absolutely hate it.

just curious why its so hard to remove the drain plug
don't think you can get all of the old oil out with a extraction pump

Its a mahindra. Nuff said

Used them on boats - difficult to get underneath and never liked oil in the bilge. Never liked them that much but maybe they have improved.

I have a northern tool version I use on boat motor and front and rear diffs on toys and jeep.

When I do the boat I also pull the plug after. Usually not that much leftover

It hits the frame and goes everywhere, I have to put a tarp down or it gets all over the shop, the tarp goes in the trash after I'm done. It is by far the worse place to have put the drain plug.

Can you squeeze a small funnel with a tube in between the plug and the drain to redirect the oil?
