Op, We always do smoked buffalo wings. Marinate overnight in Franks, smoke low/slow, then fry at 375 for 2 minutes to crisp up. Then another toss in the sauce.

Another one we typically do is the Velveeta queso with Rotel, a splash of milk, and a lb of Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage. Don't knock it 'til you try it...

Here’s the courses I’ll be serving:

-Mixed greens with blue cheese, walnuts, and pear, with a light vinaigrette paired with a bordeaux
-Lobster bisque paired with chardonnay
-beef wellington for the main course, with a side of roasted potatoes with butter and rosemary, a side of brussel sprouts with bacon jam on top, paired with a Syrah.
-and for dessert, a simple chocolate souffle paired with colheita.

Ok who am I kidding: velveta/rotel/pan sausage, a big ole bag of chips, and two 40s.

I may try that sometime. Have you ever cut maple bacon slices into 1/3 pieces, wrap in about 3-4 green beans, cover in a mixture of garlic salt, brown sugar, and melted butter, and bake until it's all bubbling and cooked through? It's get-outta-town amazeballs. One of my favorite ways to eat a "green veggie."

I just mix candied jalapeno's with cream cheese. You can buy candied jalapenos or make your own. Making your own-- drain a jar of pickled jalapenos, fill with sugar, shake, refrigerate, add more sugar if needed. After about 10 days, they are perfect.

We will have much of what was already posted but I will also have a bunch of venison spedies. I take a fairly large venison roast and cut it up in 1X2 cubes which will yield about 25-30 pieces and marinate overnight in Italian dressing. Around halftime I will cook these quick on the grill and serve them on a platter of yellow rice. It's usually gone in 3-4 minutes.
