maybe a dumb question but how do you keep your pipes from freezing in the winter?

I will wrap all the pex pipe and insulate all the walls. The pipes on the outside tanks I'm gonna wrap too. I'm able to drain the lines also.

Thanks. With the rains over the weekend all storage tanks and stock tank is full. Gauge showed 3"

that area ought to explode into color with all the rain you are reporting. nice setup for a hunting camp. I like the rain water system. Even thought about doing something similar at my house thought I'm not sure my HOA would go for it.

Got the hot water heater and all the plumbing done finally. Even added a water spigot on the outside. Oh and a new alfalfa feeder. Hope the axis enjoy

what part of rocksprings are you in. my brother owns a place down 674. when he bought the place it also had system to catch water. it was a gravity system except for the shower.it was pain until he drilled his well.

I'm out by the airport off 55. I have a shurflo rv pump. It works great. I have access to more water right up the road if I need to haul some in.
