Man up and dish it right back to the boss. One of my bosses tried to do very similar things to me years back. He ended up with a big bruise on his head and a sore back side. He never messed with me again.

Haha. Nothing like giving an employee his annual review and slipping one out quietly and just keep on talking like nothing happened. You see their head on a swivel looking around contemplating leaving but scared to blame the boss. Works really well when you wait until the end to tell what their annual bonus is. They aren't leaving early.

One guy I actually accused him. I'm in the middle of talking about a few things he did well, stopped and asked did you ****?
