Have fried wild turkey breast I shot this year and oven baked red potatoe slices with olive oil, onion powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Wife was happy happy happy with my culinary skills tonight. [emoji1314][emoji1305][emoji1303]

Fired up the smoker and smoke these two thick ribeyes, as well as corn on the cob, and some bacon wrapped brisket cream cheese peppers and baked sweet potatoes.

Wife is away with her girl friends out floating the river. So me and jr. decided to skip the kitchen and grab some wings instead.

Hoytman and myself fired up the smoker for a wild game cookoff.

                        Stuffed bacon wrapped quail

                        Halibut fillets

                        Frog legs

                        Wild hog
