    Free Hunt.....

    .....I meant "Job Opportunity".

We're looking to fill a couple of positions in our estimating department. FYI...last time I did this, we hired a TBHer and the brother of the TBHer and it was two great hires that are still with us and growing with our company.

    Civil Construction Estimator....

The perfect applicant would be proficient in performing take-offs, pricing and bid completion for underground utilities, earthworks and concrete paving. The perfect applicant would have some field experience in the installing and application of these three disciplines of civil construction and understand the cost associated with these trades. While experience is valued, we value hard work, dedication, loyalty, commitment to performance and a willingness and ability to learn, above all else.

Joslin Construction is a well-established civil contractor in the Houston area. We perform underground utility, earthworks and concrete placement for commercial and municipal projects. We are a leader in our field, we are in growth mode and we are in need of some superstars. Joslin is TBHer owned and the VP of Estimating (this applicant's immediate supervisor) is a TBHer as well. Good group of hardworking people that work hard, play hard and have fun doing it.

    Please send resumes to hr@joslinconstruction.com

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text.

***Joslin is an equal opportunity employer and doesn't discriminate against anyone.....except lazy people.

Just how accurate do these "ESTIMATES" have to be?

No Joke, I can over bid a project any day of the week! Just a long commute for me at the moment...

Well, I'm convinced that some of my competitors just weigh the plans and do a price per pound on the drawings. We try to be a little more precise.

YES. Better to be "hungry" than "tired AND hungry".

The only reason we work is to be able to afford to hunt. Most guys here hunt and hunt often. If you can't find time to get in the woods, it's your own fault, not ours.

Heck I'll send my resume I'm far from experienced but I don't mind learning and seeing what else the world may have to offer.
