    Knee pain

    Ok, I've had enough.

As I sit here I'm in pain. Ibuprofen just ain't working this evening. I stepped in a hole and clearly twisted my knee. This was done in early April.

Do I go see my regular Doc or a Orthopedic?

Does your insurance require a referral? If so, go to your primary to get that. If not, go directly to an orthopedic. I had ACL surgery yesterday at Texas Orthopedics, they're a good group.

I spent all of 2017 with knee issues, it sucks. I would suggest a orthopedic Dr. Your GP will probably send you to one anyway.

See the Ortho, and ask if physical therapy is an option. Maybe the Dr. can give you a shot, and prescribe some PT. I would try this before any surgeries.

                  Thanks all.

Wife handles the medical insurance. I'm good to go straight to Ortho.

Going to schedule an appointment in the AM.
