He has them he just isn’t going to give them up, especially those that can be used against him in something that actually hurts like a court of law. He has no reason to. He is solely there for appeasement. Majority of Congress are asking scripted questions, and they don’t even know what they are asking.

I'm thinking the the government owns FB... All smoke and mirrors..

But on second thought I'm not sure our government is smart enough to pull off putting together a total information gathering machine such as FB.......

Let’s be honest he owns 1/4 of the world if he really wants to. FB messages etc that I’m sure a lot of people got careless about. That’s assuming he doesn’t have access to every text and picture your phone has sent or received. But I bet he does. No body looks at terms and agreements any more before checking the box
