My hunt was uneventful until right at dark. I started to pack up and all heck broke loose. 4-5 does got pushed in front of me. My heart started beating until I saw it was a spike doing the pushing.

Doe came running right under me. I grabbed my bow anticipating a buck behind her but he never showed.

Other than that I have been watching the turkey come off the roost and feed around me and listening to the geese getting up.

I'm back in the pop up down on the river. Saw 2 doe in the bean field when driving in. Tons of ducks and geese in the sky.
