Sounds about like Summer-Brew

1 - 30 Pack of 'Stones
1 - Bottle of Vodka (or Everclear if you're hardcore)
1 - 2 Liter bottle of 7up
2 or 3 of the little cylinders of lemonade concentrate, depending on your preference

You can drink it all day long....but its pretty sneaky.

This probably tastes about the same but it makes a lot less (you can mix it in a blender).
