Well, I told myself I wasn’t gonna do it. That you couldn’t make me! Be dammed if I didn’t do what I thought I never would. Messed around and bought a dual cam bow today. Have always been leery of dual cams and timing issues and anything else that one could be concerned about. I’ve been shooting a nocam htx and believe me, I love that bow, but I’ve had a hard time getting the type of numbers out of it I wanted. Fps, KE, mom. Kinda left me with one option. So I went in to look at a bow and now I’m leaving with it!
Got the Halon 32 in a 5” BH. Wouldn’t have done it but I shot my 476 grain arrow through both bows set at 27” and 73#. I went from 251 to 274 fps. That’s a pretty big difference to me. Draw is very dang smooth considering the bow and very very little jump on the shot after rigging it out. And man it’s accurate too!
