Photo enhancements

What are these latest enhancements that some photos are getting? I see a lot being done with fishing and river shots. Just wanting to start experimenting with some of my own pictures. Thanks

What do you mean by latest enhancements? You mean like applying filters or what the workflow is for some water shots?

Probably High Dynamic Range, makes my eyes melt, I hate it.

I use the Snapseed app on my phone. I use the HDR filter a lot for outdoor pics.
