        I/C Peas plot...

When do they produce peas? I didn't see any beans growing on the plants

mine have mever made it long enough to produce anything other than leaves. they were all nice and full last year at this time, they kept them at about 1ft tall, and by july 4th they were mowed down and burned up.

one or two more good rains would be great.

Looks like something is eating them to me.
Get a large tomato plant cage and place it in the field. Then you can see what they would look like if nothing was eating them. Stake it down of course.

Nice work men. May the fruits of your labor be bone and delicious meat this fall/winter.

I've got 30 acres of them Weeds are issue, but it seems to hiding some vines. They are getting clipped real regular. Never seen them make peas as deer put too much pressure on them. You've got the prettiest pea patch I've ever seen. You are doing something right. I'll bet the extra browse from rain is taking pressure off peas, but they will hit them. Great job!!

Thanks, sure would be nice if the bucks were hitting it hard to help put that bone on! They are hitting it along the edges by the tree line, but hopefully next few weeks we get some good pics.
