Mary, any chance we could look at different dates or change locations? It would really be a shame to scrub the tournament all together.

Dates are tough to coordinate with everyone, and at this time I don't think it will be very easy to pick up a weekend somewhere else for a tournament.

I think we are going to have to drop this year and I will give it one more shot back in FW next year.
