Third year feeding protein and cottonseed for us. As far as whitetails, I don't know where our older deer are going. Every year we are letting numerous beautiful young 8s and 10s walk and see them after season ensuring they survived. Come the following year, we are yet again covered in youngsters. Fortunately we are having some new guest roll in.

Anyone else's deer disappear in the last month? I went from 1k+ pictures a week to 300 if I'm lucky.

Near event we actually picked up... We have had crap numbers for 3 years

Got my boy on his first bow kill this weekend just south of Lometa. Killed a doe. But we had a big 9 come in and was grunting and pushing a doe really hard. He never stopped to eat corn.
