The link below is where the liner material came from. We've used their product on multiple projects and it holds up very well. She does sell it on ebay also but if you're around the Conroe area, she should let you pick it up and save yourself a little money. Real easy stuff to use for the DIY guys. The gun I use has a bottle attachment but it's small. Lot easier to mix it in a paint cup/coffee bottle and shoot it that way. Regulate compressor to 80-90 psi and shoot. Can turn down pressure for a more "thicker" look. 3 gallon kit goes a long ways. This cart was sprayed with 5 cups I believe. Usually just scuff up the paint with a paint removing wheel for a grinder, wipe off dust, then shoot. It's pretty forgiving. Move at a moderate pace. I'll post some pics of it on my truck shortly and have my brother post his also. We sprayed his the day before the golf cart.
Liner Xtreeme is a durable spray on liner made of a unique blend of Kevlar and rubber. Our spray on liner can be applied to almost any surface. This easy to use do it yourself product can be applied to your truck bed, your boat, your golf cart, on your off road vehicle, and even on your trailer and much more.
Attached are what it looks like on rocker panels. The last pic, you can still see the dust from buffing the "shine" off the paint. That was right after I finished my truck. Pic of the gun we use is also attached. The material is not too soft and not too hard. Black seems to hold it's shine and not fade out either. It's been on the truck for 6-8 months now but have had it on other trucks and it's held the same shine as the day it was put on.
