In 94 Tomball got 25" in 2 days . Water was over the spring creek
bridge railings . Leo said he clocked the water at 40 mph .
Main street didn't flood but you couldn't go very far without
      getting in high water

Dang generator is giving me a hard time. Replace all fuel lines and filter. And needle and seat. I gotta choke it to start it then I take it off choke runs for about 30 seconds then dies. Should I pull the card off and re clean or just beat it with a hammer?

            Sump pump going in now.

I pray you do not flood. Keep me posted on that pump. Think I need to do that at my folks.

Choke it till it's blowing raw fuel. Sometimes that will suck whatever through. It's worked for me

I'm gonna drop the bowl again and check the holes in the bowl nut. Won't be home for another hour

You think a bad plug could cause that? I figured if it ran at all the plug was good. Maybe I'm mistaken. Yes I cleaned the tank.

Product called "Mechanic in a Bottle" works wonders on poor-running small engines. $6 at Home Depot. Good luck on everything.

Do all of your neighbors flood too? Or is it just your particular lot?

A Few other neighbors got water in their houses in the Memorial Day flood. We aren't in a flood zone. It's just the city's drainage system is old and too small. They continue to develop without upgrading storm drainage
