Seven oak floor planks from an 80-110 yr old rail car. I'll be using 6 of them for the table.

These were pretty nasty on the bottom

Each weights in at a little over 70 lbs

In! What kind of stands are you using?

I have 4 wide and will bread board the ends

that's got character, hope you only have to move it once. That's going to look really great when its done and set up.

Very cool I’m following along. Curious to know where you found the timbers? I am wanting to build two 4’-5’ x 12-14”console tables and that would work perfectly. Or if you have any left over you would want to sell I’m in Rockwall let me know.

Kobalt metal saw horses from Lowes. I have 3 pairs and have been pleased with them.

That is going to be great. I looked at doing the same but went cheap and found some old tongue and groove cypress for my top. Looking forward to the finished product.
