    What is a trophy oryx?

What is a trophy oryx considered inch wise? Like an axis is 30 inches.

This scimitar is right at 41” and he was by far the biggest I seen when hunting him. He doesn’t disappoint at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to shoot another one like him

Terry Bartee in Channelview, TX. He has mounted a couple different animals for me and he does first class work.

A buddy of mine who has a lot of oryx on the high fence he owns told me bulls 35” and over and cows over 40” are trophy shooters. For reference...
              My 38” bull

              My brother’s 40” bull

We were very happy with each of our bulls. They taste better than they look, and I think they look awesome.
