You're a staff shooter for Smithfield? My father, Johnny Hays was a staff shooter for Smithfield back when they were at the old shop on Davis Blvd, then after the move(s) to Beach Street before employment moved him out of state. How long have you been a staff shooter for Smithfield?

This will be my 1st year shooting for them. Hopefully for years to come. They have been extremely good to me so far.
