    Question for the experts: Would a big spatula work if a big spoon wasn't handy? Just want-n to know what a feller could do when in a pinch.

      Yeah, a very skinny one. I guess he hadn’t been eating well. I tried to spoon feed him but I guess I did it to fast.

          I took a nap on the ground in a pop up with my back against the wall while my buddy watched for deer. I felt something on the outside of the pop up moving. Thought it was a bird or a mouse. Finished my nap and the evening hunt then opened the pop up door. Yeah I was spooning with a 5’ footer. My buddy never hunted that spot again. Spooning with a rattlesnake isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Lol

            Dickin around with a rattlesnake with a spoon is a really good way to get yourself bitten...you got lucky
