    Barndo porch trim help

We went with a flat trim vs the standard profiled. My metal building contractor finished the porch trim today and I’m not too sure how I feel about it. What could I do differently or is this just a “it is what it is” it’s mainly the ends where the porch stops I’m not too fond of.

You won't even notice it 6 months from now.

I've found that the kind of stuff that drives me nuts, no one else even notices...and down the road, I don't either.

Let me know what we’re suppose to be upset about and I’ll pipe in.

It looks good to me brother.

Nothing really else you can do. Add closure strips maybe.

Put a little cammo paint on it and you'll never see it again

Gutters on main building would make it look better. Nothing you can do on the porch.

Dress up the porch and you’ll never see it. BTW , it looks good to me.

doing the same thing right now with my metal trim on my new house. Some of the trims just look odd and out of place but IMO it is one of those "it is what it is" kinda things. We also dressed some of my eave strut up and screwed hardi to it and made it look some sort of conventional.

Gotta think you just tear it down and start from scratch, honestly.
