My youngest daughter is graduating, she’s having a party and wants pulled pork on hawwain buns
How much per person do I cook, I figured 1/3 pound???

Leftover pulled pork keeps well in the freezer, and makes for quick dinners...

Be sure to account for shrinkage. Lots of fluid weight in raw meat

1/3 to .5 lb. if you are doing sandwiches you can get away with 1/3. Also figure you will 30-50% weight from cooking.

Always figure 1/2 lb per person at the fire station when figuring meals.. always works out pretty well

My general rule of thumb....PBs usually gives me a 60% yield after trim and smoking
For example....a 10lb butt yield ~6lbs, x 1/4 lb per sandwich or 4 sandwiches per lb, equals 24 sandwiches..... give or take.
