So what does FEMA Flood insurance consider personal property?
Had about 12" of water in my mothers attached garage. I've filed a claim for her and was asked to itemize a list of damages. She had freezers, fridge, air compressor, generator, floor jacks, tool boxes, electrical tools and tons of arts and crafts / decorations damaged. Would this be covered under the Personal Property portion of her flood policy?
