Truck Broken Into...Horn Doesn't Work

A couple weeks ago some nice people broke into my '13 F150 so they could get my sunglasses and a couple of cheap flashlights. As a result, my lock in the driver side door is trashed and my horn doesn't work.

Did they just remove the fuse to silence the factory alarm as I figure it honked when they broke in? I haven't checked fuses but am curious if that's the likely issue or something else I'm missing. Seems odd they'd raise the hood to remove the fuse while it was going off, but they're bold people.

So, after a quick look after work, I figured it out.

If you run your hand through a grill opening where the horn is, you can grab the wire loom and pull the two wires from the plug that attaches to the horn. Done. Seems like a great place for some razor blades, no?

I like the razor blade idea! Problem is, next time some jack wagon tries that, he will cut the crap out of his hand. Then he will sue you, and probably win!!!!!!

Maybe some kind of snare with some thin sheet metal around the parameter to block other hand from loosening. That way you could SSS or turn him over to police to live the rest of their worthless life off of our tax dollar.
