Thank you Lord for the rain!

Great to see the hill country getting some rain! The Kimble/Mason/Menard county area I know needs it BAD!

We had a nice shower after lunch and it has ended. I will check the gauge and get back with you. I talked with a buddy in the northern part of the county, said he had just a shower, not much.

Yep, noticed on my Covert in southern Kimble county that it was raining a bit. That area needs it!

Radar shows Mason county (where my lease is) to be getting a pretty good rain right now.

Not sure how accurate that is but I sure hope it is. It is dry at our place.

Thank you Lord for the rain!

I got about 5/8” at my house about 3 miles east of Sonora!

I knew it was gonna rain today, after 2 months of waiting, they started on my barn today, well, for about 2 1/2hrs anyway!!!!

Sure was nice to see water falling from the sky though!!!!

My tank near Llano is a dust bowl. Hopefully we get enough over the next day or so to put some back in. It's got a lot of good funnels and close to 20 acres of hillside that drain into it, so as long as it's enough rain to create runoff, it fills quickly.
