Virginia Congressional Candidate Karen Mallard is running on a gun control platform.

Apparently these fine upstanding citizens don’t even know the laws for the very items they want to regulate.

She goes on to make an SBR out of her husbands AR on film then puts it on social media.

True,that's a noisy one shot firearm.I still think it'll be determined that she didn't intend to break the law and won't face any legal issues.
What would have be cool is when she went to "turn it in" that they arrested her on the spot for an illegal SBR.

since when do you have to intend to break a law to be guilty of breaking the law? if I accidentally run a red light or stop sign, I didn't intend on doing it but I still get a ticket to pay.
