Sneaky Feed?

I have a couple Sneaky Feed units that are not working and can not get a hold of their customer service. Emails are not being returned and phone # goes to a recording and calls are not being returned. Anybody know how to get a hold of them?

That's not good. I bought 4 and they were great for a while and now I can't get 3 of them to work. It was a great idea and I bet we see something similar real soon.
