what the owners of the beagle need to do is show up to the lawyers house, kick the door in and grab him by the throat and shoot him in the face. Then burn the ol hag's house down with her in it. That will give them something to sue frivolously about. just me thinking out loud.

Not only should the judge throw it out, he should enter a summary judgement and restraining order against her, plus making her liable for any costs incurred by the defendants due to her actions!
