Wow, 90% of this forum wants/wishes to be like you.
Being poor I'll just keep on hunting my little 200 acres and hoping a 130" passes through one day.

I’m farrr from rich I’m just a workin hand, but i have one hobby and one thing that i spend my extra cash on. An that’s hunting i don’t drink, smoke, golf, have a $70k truck etc. when it’s not season i work a lot of OT to allow me the opportunity to do what i do.

You are as entitled to the land as i am, i don’t offer more than someone else. However i do start early and often, and don’t fear someone saying no. I literally ask any property i come across that i feel like has potential whether it’s even being advertised as a lease. If i drive by property i like i will drive up and ask if theyd be interested in leasing 90% say no, but only takes the right one to say yes. I can assure you most guys that have multiple don’t undercut people and pay more they simply put in more effort to find them. Just my take

Most Deer Leases?

100% Correct
With Mexico’s rut being the end of December early January it works out perfect.
