Oh we've got the areas where the deer move on our property pegged, but most of the big woods are on other properties to our north and south.

Freestone County has turned into a good county to hunt as well if you are near any of the lakes. Fairfield Lake State Park has a lot of good leases around it producing great bucks.

I know the area very well. We had some exceptional deer there.

Close the thread. No deer in Anderson County. Move along.

Let this guy walk last year and he put on some good inches.

This guy was wounded by neighbor last year but rebounded well. He lost some time length, but seems to have put on some mass so should score about the same. We will see when he sheds.

Here is a buck I do not recognize, but he looks like a definite shooter to me.

Good first round of pics. I didn't get my camera up and running until last week, but it seems feeding year round has made a nice difference in buck appearances.

I had the Taxidermist fix his eye. He was struggling to make the eye resemble how his eye looked damaged

I see some pasture there. What part of AnCo are you in? Just speaking generally.
