Thanksgiving is coming up, let's pass around a few favorites.

Here is one I have for sure this year:

    Cranberry salsa dip:
    1-Bag of fresh cranberries
    2-4 Jalapenos
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
    Squeeze of lime juice
1/4-1/2 cup of cilantro (whatever your preference)
1/2-1 cup of sugar (whatever your preference)

Throw all the above into a food processor to chop, leave a little texture, don't liquefy it.
Put it in a jar overnight if you can to come together, when ready to serve put the mixture over a couple packages of cream cheese and eat with wheat things/fritos.

            Another one?

            Easy dessert, layered pudding cheesecake:

            Bottom layer:
3 cups of crushed vanilla wafers
            1/3 cup brown sugar,
            1.5 sticks of butter, melted.

Combine all 3 ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan

            Cheesecake layer:
2 packages of cream cheese, softened.
            4 eggs
            1tsp vanilla
            1.5 cups of sugar
            pinch or 2 of salt

Combine all ingredients and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes (until it doesn't jiggle in the middle)

Cool completely before completing the 3rd layer.

            3rd layer:
Make your favorite pudding to put on top.
I really like the cook and serve chocolate jello pudding, but you could use vanilla, pumpkin flavor.. really whatever you want.
I make 2 of the big boxes of pudding.
Prepare the pudding, pour on top of the cheesecake layer (after it is cool) and refrigerate!

Here's an easy recipe. Adjust for larger groups.
              2-18pk Lone Star Reds
              20lbs of ice
              1 large cooler
After marinating the Lone Star in ice for approximately 10 minutes. Remove one at a time and enjoy.
