    Mesquite tree clearing costs?

Per acre. I know, I know... it depends upon where and size. The area would be east of Dallas a little ways and a bit over a thousand acres... but anywhere in the state - it's kind of a relativity ballpark thing. All replies appreciated.

$1,000,000 I know someone that can have it grubbed and hardly any resprout. That's with thick mesquite. With that much land you might check into aerial spraying if its thick.

      Start selling firewood.

Once you think you have enough to make good money it will all be gone.

        $120k
        If you have time.
Spray next summer, control burn 18 months later in Feb. repeat following summer and 18 months later.
If your in a rush, it’s pricey.
Better to hire and manage yourself, buy then resell your own equipment.
What is the saying. Fast, Good, Affordable; you can only get two of the three.

We just cleared 300 ac. 62.50 an hour. Most will mot give a per acre cost due to the size of trees and density. this included the herbicide.

If you have alot of good big mesquite trees on it, some people will come clear it out for the trees for lumber with little to no charge

would cost you less to just buy your own bobcat + mulcher and do it yourself then sell the thing afterwards for that much acreage.

Aerial spraying would probably give you the most bang for you buck, but it won't kill every plant.

I did 110 acres with a route plow. If I was to do it again I would Ariel spread then does it. A lot
