    Citrus & Italian Venison

    Here is a simple little recipe that is mighty tasty!

    1 cup orange juice
    3/4 cup Italian dressing
    1/3 cup worcestershire
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tsp. tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt

    I usually serve it with a salad and some steamed carrots. I have used backstrap, tenderloin, and even leg steaks.

    I would also like to say that Richard M. just might have one of the best venison recipes I have ever tried. I have used his recipe for the sweet and spicy backstrap wraps, and absolutely love them. Thank God for Richard M. and his recipe. Try those wraps.

      Do you use this as a marinade? How do you cook the meat?

        I use half as a marinade and half to bast the meat while I grill it. I usually grill it at about 300 for 20 minutes.
