Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip

I was thinking of a new sauce to put on burgers and this combination of ingredients came to mind.

I've done similar, but this one is the best one I've had.

Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip

5 tbsp Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (or reg. salt)
3/4 tsp Powdered Chipotle Chili Pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp Head Country Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke

Mix well.



Good on Wheat Thins or Burgers.

I mixed some into ground beef the other night and grilled burgers. Very good taste. I was blown away. Got lucky on this one....I like it!

Yeah. I mixed it with the meat. You couldn't see it in there once it was cooked. It just made them really tender and juicy and gave a really good taste. I cook burges out a LOT and ain't too bad at it. These were the best I've ever made. My wife said so too. I will be doing it again.

I think one key is that "Head Country" seasoning. It is unbelievable. I have dizzy spells and can't hardly get out of bed if I run out of that stuff!
