How much is the fee?

We use them when hiring. So far it has not paid off IMO.
If I was looking for a job I would consider using one.Last edited by Spearchunker; 05-09-2018, 09:50 PM.

We would never charge a candidate and you should never pay a recruiter if you are the one looking for a job.

I guessing it’s the first year annual salary only?

I own a commercial framing and drywall firm. The position is always estimators.
I have gotten a few HH down to 20%. However when we use GPAC its pretty firm 33%. So it really sucks to cut a 40K check for a guy to only leave you for more money 6 months later. The HH I use only replace within first 90 days.
The other issue is relocating guys that decide to go back to where they came from, after the 90 days.

Dang Man, 33% is pretty crazy. We charge 20-25% and do 18% on occasion and this is for high, in demand IT jobs over $100k.
