Unreal deer, there is a series on YouTube where the guys hunt in huge city's with their bows and the caliber of deer they kill is absolutely unreal. makes me think we have been chasing the wrong property the whole time.

I live in Morgan's Point and have seen that buck a couple of times this year in my neighborhood. I took these with my phone from my truck, so they are not the greatest. I saw him last year as well, and he had splits on both G2's. He's better this year, but had started getting broken up. He actually had his head up in a licking branch making a scrap right next to the street, but moved off before i could get my phone fired up. He's one of the best overall bucks I have seen in a few years.

The answer is yes, it is the same buck. I have a picture of him in that same broken up condition last year.

I've seen you guys out there dove hunting. Also saw your deer feeder pretty much under water a few years ago to the North when that old Tank ya'll ****ed up caught all that water. :-) Looks like ya'll have since moved that feeder and stand. Folks talk about hunting that area, and your right the younger deer and doe don't pay hunters much attention, but those big bucks are as alert and skittish as any hill country or South Texas buck walking.

Definitely the same buck! Saw him the other day. He doesn't seem to wonder very far so i'm betting we live pretty close to each other. Good to know there's some like minded green screeners livin in the hood!

Yeah it’s funny, I was showing someone last weekend how we could wear regular clothes and walk up to some deer then throw a camo shirt on and try to sneak up and they would bolt every time..

Pretty much describes where im at as well haha Saw him again the other day. He's definitely a cool looking buck and OLD. How old do yall think he is? This is the best pic I got of him that evening as it was basically dark and he was moving around pretty quick.

I saw the big boy this morning. Glad to see he's still alive. He's run down from the rut, but he looked to not be broken up at all. Glad he didn't get killed by someone. Hopefully no one will poach him and he will be back around next year. He's a hoss

This is a little back yard buck, from where we lived a few years ago. I saw multiple deer every year, that were pretty big. The place we just bought, we only have narrow racked bucks. Never saw that deer in the daytime.

Some info on those pictures, I had two game cameras set up in the back yard, on two different trees pointing different directions. Then I was dumping corn in front of the cameras. I previously only had doe and small bucks coming into the yard, to eat corn. Then that one night, I had that buck show up, he was chasing a doe. The first two pictures he has left the yard and going up into the brush after the doe. The last picture he walked right in front of the camera in the yard. I always found the big bucks seemed to live somewhere else and during the rut would show up for a short time to chase does and then they were gone again. It was kind of a shock after seeing hundreds or thousands of pictures of doe and small bucks, then clicking through the pictures and I find pictures of that buck. He was there for about two hours that night. Got pictures of him on both cameras I had set up, then he never showed up on camera again.
