                Heck, I will try it...looks good. I will throw it in a cast iron skillet, brown it good and make some killer breakfast tacos out of it.

                    Agree with a previous post ^^^ Best way to eat it is browned in a skillet; then you scramble in some eggs and lay it in a warm flower tortilla!

                              It's delicious, but every time I eat it, I worry about it for a couple of days.

                              Not sure if there's enough salt to sanitize it or what, but they sell a lot of it and nobody ever seems to get sick.
