Agree with a previous post ^^^ Best way to eat it is browned in a skillet; then you scramble in some eggs and lay it in a warm flower tortilla!

I like most anything. Tried it....Did not like it. Could not get past the raw aspect.

Same reason I won't eat sushi, ceviche or freakin runny eggs. My food has to be cooked!

It's delicious, but every time I eat it, I worry about it for a couple of days.

Not sure if there's enough salt to sanitize it or what, but they sell a lot of it and nobody ever seems to get sick.
